2 cups of cider vinegar
2 oz of lavender buds
1 tablespoon of glycerin
10 drops of rose geranium essential oil
Heat the vinegar to just below boiling point. Turn off the heat and add the lavender buds. Allow this to age for a week in an air tight container. Strain the lavender out and add the glycerin and rose geranium. Store the mixture in the refrigerator in an air tight container (To prevent refrigerator smells in your rinse).
To Use: Take 4 oz's of your lavender vinegar and add it to it 4 cups of warm water. Use this water for your hair rinse.
Lavender buds are typically sold in bulk by the pound.
