1 tablespoon finely chopped lemon peel
1 tablespoon finely chopped orange peel
3 tablespoons vodka
10 drops mandarin essential oil
10 drops orange essential oil
5 drops lemon essential oil
5 drops grapefruit essential oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 cups distilled or boiled water

Take a 20 ounce bottle with a tight fitting cap place the orange and lemon peel in the bottle and add vodka in it close its cap and let it stand for 1 week. After 1 week press the mixture through fine filter sieve and extract all liquid now pour the liquid back in the bottle and add mandarin essential oil, orange essential oil, lemon essential oil, grapefruit essential oil, vinegar and water tightly close its cap, shake it well to mix them all and let it stay for 2 weeks, shake it often in between. Keep in a cool, dark place.
