1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup coarse salt
1/2 cup unscented body lotion
4 tablespoon Aloe Vera Gel
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients oatmeal, cornmeal, coarse salt, body lotion and Aloe Vera gel. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly till it makes a thick paste.
To Use: Slide feet into the mixture and rub, beginning from toes, slowly working up to heel and ankle. Leave the foot mask on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your feet in a separate bowl of warm water and get relaxed.
To really spoil yourself buy a Aloe Vera Gel that is made from 98% Aloe Vera juice and is Paraben-free
