1 apple, peeled, cored and quartered
1tbs maple syrup, agave or rice syrup
Sprinkle of sage
In the blender, pulse the apple until pureed, drizzle in the syrup and add sage till it looks like a smoothie.
If too runny, don’t panic, just add a touch of oatmeal to thicken.
Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, pat dry for invigorating feel.
